Terms and Conditions

Digital Downloads:
If you order a digital item, a download link will be included in a receipt that will be sent to you by email. (If you pay with Paypal, it will not be on the Paypal receipt but on a separate itemized email directly from me.) Digital download links will be active for 7 days or 5 download attempts, whichever is sooner. If you were unable to download your purchase in that time frame please contact me with your order number and I’ll send you a new link.

Purchasing a digital download allows you the personal and private use of that download on an unlimited number of devices owned and/or used by you. To duplicate and distribute copies with friends and family or post it on any website is a violation of this purchase agreement.

Shipping Physical Items:
Physical items will usually be shipped in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Refunds:
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, please contact me within 30 days and I will be happy to help you resolve your problem or, if that is not possible, offer you a full refund.
